As you supervisor you can re-direct your supervisor emails to your work or home email address.

SAFE2 READ - Recover a Lost Password

I have lost the password for the administrator email for my account.

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Your password will be emailed to the contact address we have for your account.

I have lost the password for another email address.

Your account administrator can change your password and get you out of difficulties.

How to change the password for an email address:

Log in as the administrator email address for your subscription
Select Manage Email Addresses from the box on the top right of the Safe2read home page.
Click the icon in the Modify User column, for the email account with the lost password.
Enter the new password in BOTH of the password fields and press the Update User button.
