(e.g. Outlook).

As you supervisor you can re-direct your supervisor emails to your work or home email address.

Refunds

If there has been fraud.

If someone has signed up to Safe2read using your credit card without your knowledge, we will refund the full charge. Fill in the form below to request a refund.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason.

We will completely refund the value of unused portion of your subscription less the amounts charged by your and our financial institutions for the charge and the refund. Note that it will not be worth refunding a few dollars as the refund will be eaten up by charges. The value of the unused portion of your subscription is calculated as the whole number of months left divided by the number of months purchased multiplied by the amount you paid.

The refund process.

Fill in the form below. Please provide as much detail as possible.
We acnowledge your request and perhaps ask for some more information to ensure you are not trying to cancel a subscription which has not been charged to you.
We verify the details you supplied and initiate the refund request with the card processor.
The refund is issued to your card.

We will not refund any amounts where the account has been used for spamming or innapropriate contact with the minors who use this service.

We (and others) will investigate any claims of fraud.

Time to issue a refund.

Please allow at least five working days for us to confirm that we have requested our credit card processor to issue a refund. We will begin the process immediately we receive your request however in some cases we, you and our credit card processor are in different time zones which may cause delays. We will keep you informed by email throughout the process.
